After ice and snow, we ventured out to see how Mary Ellen liked it. When she first experienced snow almost a year ago, she cried. Today, though, it was a completely different venture. She loved it! We actually went out twice today.
Before going out, though, she asked her daddy to do her hair. As you can see, she is now wearing all of the bows that I have made for her in the last few days!

Some sweet girls in the neighborhood took Mary Ellen for a ride on their sled.
Mary Ellen really enjoyed making snow balls.
She is bringing me some of the "balls" that Paul has gotten off his car.
Even though snow was technically our new thing for the day, we also worked on making cocoa rice krispies treat. Someone had given us a box, and it was messy to eat by itself. It was sticky venture! I am not sure if Mary Ellen liked it, but we are enjoying the treats!
