We went to Kentucky after Christmas and continued our Christmas celebration. You could tell that Mary Ellen really understand about opening presents. She did not want any help from anyone and wanted to help everyone else. At times, she even decided to exchange who the gifts were for, but we got it all worked out. She had a good time playing and exploring new territory!

Mary Ellen discovered that she could pull herself up on the piano bench.

Mary Ellen discovered the key to this box and enjoyed opening it. It provided a good lesson in just looking!
Pictures from our family photo shoot with all combinations of Mommy, Daddy, Mary Ellen, Nene, Granddaddy, and Aunt Sarah. You can tell that Mary Ellen was being as cooperative as she could. She did sit still, though!
