With tear-filled eyes, I returned to work this week. I took Mary Ellen with me on Monday, but then she started day care on Tuesday. I think that she had an easier time adjusting than mom did. It took me three days before I was able to take a picture of her prior to going. In order to help myself adjust, you can see the bulletin board in her honor in my office and the pictures on my filing cabinet. She is every where I look, which helps a bit!

It gets easier, I promise. Though it's hard not to miss them & want to rush home to be with them, especially towards the end of the work day.
